Coaches Registration and Certification
Thank you for your interest in coaching with our club. To ensure a safe and positive environment for all players, all coaches must complete the steps below to become fully registered and approved.
STEP 1: Create Your NCCP Coaching Number
Create or access your NCCP # through the Coaching Association of Canada:
The Locker also tracks all NCCP training and provides free online learning.
STEP 2: Register With Our Club as a Coach
Register as a coach through RAMP:
Please include your NCCP # so we can receive updates on your training.
STEP 3: Criminal Records Screening & Vulnerable Sector Check
Use our volunteer letter to waive all fees:

Submit your application online here:
Apply for RNC Criminal Records Screening & VSC
Upload the volunteer letter during the application process.
STEP 4: Review & Submit Required Club Forms
Coaches must read and sign the following:

STEP 5: Complete “Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders”
Respect in Sport - Activity Leaders
We fully reimburse coaches for this course.
Note: This certification is valid for 5 years. If you have completed it through another sport and it is still valid, simply send us the certificate number.
STEP 6: Complete Safe Sport Training
(Coaches must have an NCCP # and be registered in The Locker to access this training.)
