The North East United Soccer Club (NEUSC) is a non-profit sports organization. NEUSC strives to maintain the lowest possible fees and ensures that our members receive the highest level of soccer programming possible. NEUSC incurs an administrative cost for each player during registration including but not limited to; staffing, credit card and debit fees, equipment and field maintenance, and uniform expenditures.  Because of these costs, the NEUSC has adopted the following policies with regards to refund and late registrations.
 
Late Registration:
 
  • · Late registration is defined as registration that is requested after the completion of 25% of a program, i.e. registration occurring after completion of 4 weeks of a 16 week program.  
  • · Late registration will be considered for any program where current participant registration has not met the maximum
  • · Fees associated with late registrations will be prorated accordingly based on the total number of sessions in the program and the number of sessions remaining.  NLSA insurance fees and any costs associated with uniforms or training shirts will not be prorated.
 
Note: While NEUSC will work to provide the applicable programming attire wherever possible (if applicable), in some cases this may not be possible depending on inventory available.  In such cases, registration fees will be adjusted as required.
  • · Players who request a refund will be subject to a non-refundable administration fee to withdraw from the program:
    • o House League   25 Dollars
    • o Metro League   25 Dollars  
    • o Premier Youth League 50 Dollars
    • o Championship League 50 Dollars
    • o Adult League   50 Dollars
  • · Additionally, any costs that the club has incurred but not limited to uniforms, equipment, and NLSA fees will not be refunded.
  • · The club will review all other requests, and the issuance of a refund will be at the club's sole discretion
