Meet our Executive

Heather Forsey, President

Heather is the current President of the NEUSC.  She joined the executive in the summer of 2020 supporting the metro league side of the club and moved in to the President role in August 2021.  Heather grew up playing soccer until she was in university and then stepped away from the game for some time while she was away working and starting a family.  Heather has since returned to the game, first as a player outside of the club, then as a NEUSC soccer parent (she has two daughters that play with NEUSC) then as a coach for the NEUSC Dominators and now as a player, coach and executive member with NEUSC. Soccer is a game that she has always loved for its simplicity, all you need is a ball and some friends to play with. Heather’s vision for the NEUSC is to make soccer a fun-filled activity that provides a safe and accessible space for all to not only play soccer but to also form friendships, create memories, and foster self-confidence, teamwork, physical literacy and other valuable life skills.
